Did the government sign a treaty with aliens 50 years ago in order to obtain advanced technology?
I read that after the Roswell incident president Nixon met the aliens on a military base to negotiate a treaty. We got knowledge of their advanced technology and they got permission to abduct humans and conduct experiments on them as long as they erased their memory and put them back where they left them. Along with giving a list of the inductee’s to the government.
Is there any truth to this claim?

No, no truth at all. Their are a lot of aspects that make it not plausible. Where could this alien race have come from? Probably not within the solar system, so this technology must be much advanced, with capabilities like space distortion or light speed travel. Where is that technology?
