Do u think 2012 could have been a prediction for aliens returning to earth?
The myans and many other groups had something leading to 2012 as the end of the world type thing.
If u believe in aliens nd stuff nd or open minde to the idea, aliens could have told they myans and everyone, we will b back dec 21 2012. Do u think that its a possibility as much as a possiblility of 2012 being natural disaster tearing apart the world?

I think it very improbable that an extraterrestrial being will travel lightyears just to see ud and I dont believe in 2012
The Mayans did not believe that the world would end in 2012. The Mayans concept of time was that it was cyclic. They had several different calenders that were used for different purposes. These calenders were of different time periods. 2012 is not when the world ends, It is when all of the calenders end and begin on the same days. According to their beliefs, the world age could come to an end. Or it could just continue on as always depending on the judgment of the gods. They certainly didn’t teach that the world would end. That would be up to the gods alone. no man could know.
As for any alien connection with the Mayans, There is none. It is something you see on tv that is only believable because most people don’t know enough about the Mayans to know better. I saw one guy on tv who claimed that a statuette of a Mayan dancer was a depiction of a man in a space suit. It was actually a statuette of a man dressed as the lizard or monster god. Anyone who bothered to check would have easily found out that the god he was depicting was not even an air god, but an earth god. This foolishness degrades the traditions of a noble people.

While I doubt that it happened, I think that if aliens told the mayans that they’d be back in 2012, I think the whole idea of time, minutes hours days, months, years ect. Would be completely different to them.
The apocalypse in 2012 is nonsense!!!!!!!! I think they are at least 10000 species throughout the universe, but we’ll never meet them.
