How do we make sure the tower of Babel included Aliens?
How does one prepare interpretations of the bible that will fit into alien life forms?
Like Adam and Eve descendents went into space at some point. And how Noah’s ark is really a space ship. Earth was totally flooded and Noah’s space ship ark dropped off some aliens until it returned to earth?

The tower of Babel story could indicate that a massive global migration occurred in the past. This, and many other similar stories were written describing this/similar event. It would not surprise me if such an event took place.
