Many many legal residents. Here’s why: In our state illegals get in state tuition rates. So they pay $ 2,300 a semester for full-time college.
Out of state residents pay $ 9,400 per semester, nearly $ 20,000 a year for college. This is too expensive so we are in effect charging legal citizens to educate illegal aliens in our state.
Unfair? Certainly. Why in the world don’t we protect our borders?

You are right. The university of Texas said last year they were accepting enrollment only from the Hispanics until they met a quota. And this is without the dream act. Can you imagine if they passed the Dream Act? My God why do the white kids have to be denied an education to meet a quota When is this garbage going to end. The colleges undoubtedly have a socialist agenda. And what is more alarming, they are teaching socialist behavior. Just look at the many cub reporters that have graduated from college.
