How many of you really know understand and interact with Illegal aliens everyday?
I mean how many of you that are posting questions or answers regarding illegal aliens really feel you have a good understanding about the situation? Do you understand the culture the society in which they come? Or do you just vent your frustrations on everyone?

Answer by michaelwhitewolf
Grew up around it, deal with it consistently in my town, and have dealt with it as an employer and consultant for other employers

Illegals need to be shipped home. Don’t have a problem with those here legally and seeking to better themselves

I’m not sure, I live in DC – everybody (including the president) looks illegal to me

I do, each and everyday. I see decent people who are just trying to survive and I see people who just try abuse the system. There are more decent than bad in my day to day experiences.

  3. saywhat says:

I do most days, but who’s country is this, why do we have to be the ones to understand.

  4. sea link2 says:

The issue becomes a problem when they want to change our laws, according to their way of thinking, and that’s why I live in the States and not anywhere else, because I agree with (good or bad) our system.

  5. DAR says:

Do you look at our schools and examine our school budgets and test scores and hospital budgets and understand where WE are coming from?

i don’t care about their culture, give me a mexican flag and i’ll burn it in front of you.

    Very good question.
I am one of the few “haters” who have quite a few sources for my opinions.
I live on the same street as they do. Work at the same factory as they do, and have spoken AT LENGTH with the only one at my jobsite who speaks english. Furthermore my children are one of the few whites in their classes.
So yes, UNFORTUNATELY I am forced to interact with them.

I deal with illegals on pretty much a daily basis, and have for years. Usually when I’m taking them to jail.

  9. joe paul says:

Normal people understand it as a form of slavery; many of them like it that way.

funny talk show hosts ruling this great Nation when foolishness are taught in Schoolss and in Church.

Lou Dobbs calling Bloomberg a stupid !! and the disciples of Rush Limbaugh Cheers
Neil Cavuto think Bill Gates is the foolish when he said the American school is not producing anything of his interest these days.

  10. R.L. says:

I could care less about their culture. They need to go and they are more than welcome to take their culture with them.

  11. Dirty Martini says:

I live in Dallas Texas my friend. I see and interact with them daily. On the streets, in the stores, and most of all–in our tax supported public hospital that births more babies than any other hospital in the US on an annual basis, the majority of which are children of illegal aliens.

Do you have any freakin’ idea how much my County Hospital District tax bill is? Do you not get that illegal aliens from all over north texas flock to Parkland Memorial hospital….not just those who are in Dallas but from all over the north part of the state? But the homeowners in dallas are footing the bill for their free healthcare……

Meanwhile the money they earn illegally is not taxed, and sent OUT of this country to be spent in the economy elsewhere…..

Every public announcement is TWICE AS LONG as it needs to be….once in ENglish, once in Spanish….thereby wasting my time and my energy….

Oh did I mention the addt’l expense for everything we purchase and every service we access to be printed in two languages?

I live it every freakin day, every day…….

  12. M.I.L.F.28 says:

I deal with legal and illegals everyday because of where I live…
My son is half hispanic, so his relatives on his dad’s side talk about their view’s on the situation
I also had a boyfriend from central america that is a legal resident that used to talk about the political situation..
Besides how I am affected financially and mentally by this situation, I also keep abreast of the politics on both sides regardless of my political party…

  13. ▪ώhiteĝırl▪ says:

Been around them all my life. Even have some as family – by marriage.

I lived near Guadalajara, Mexico for two years. I volunteer at a hospital where more illegal Mexicans are having babies than are legal residents of this country. A lot of hospital services can no longer be funded because of this financial burden. A Saudi flight student, who overstayed his visa, by years, broke into my house and beat the cr ap out of me. Most of the students in my engineering classes, years ago, were students from Iran, they left when they graduated. A great bunch of kids. I am all for LEGAL immigration … but the illegals .. well, I don’t wish anything nice for them!!!

  15. ProUSA2 says:

No one on here understands the “culture and society” of all the countries that the illegal aliens from over 100 countries that were deported last year. Nor do you. Nor does it matter.

What matters is they broke our immigration laws coming here and they are ILLEGALLY here.

Every person from every country has their own excuse. It matters not. There is but one way to immigrate here. LEGALLY. Period.

  16. NairoGal says:

work with the public daily in government and let me just say, it’s policy to treat everyone the same with the same services.
am not losing my job, for discrimination.

  17. estephania2182 says:

My husband is mexican so I know plenty about their culture. They are extremely big on family. More so than americans. That is why their high school drop out rates are so much higher compared to ours. They care more about having a family then they do about highering their education. They believe in hard work, ie, manual labor. They are very proud of their country(as I think we should all be proud of the country in which we are from) but aren’t afraid to talk about the faults of their country as well.

It makes me very angry when people harp on illegals all the time and act like they know them. Just because you see an illegal everyday or just because you sit next to them in line in the emergency room doesn’t mean you truly interact with them. You’ve got to get to know them as the people they are and walk in their shoes before you will ever realize what it is like for them. ..

and for the record-I don’t care how many people say it, my husband, nor his friends have ever forced me to learn their language and my husband is almost fluent in English. I’ve never heard of or seen a mexican or any other illegal try and force their beliefs on me or anyone I know so that is a bunch of BS.
