I do have a Special Identity Card For Aliens Of Hellenic Descent.I am in Albania.How can I get a Visa for Australia ? Is it difficult for me ?

I assume you would need a passport in order to get an Australian visa, the card you speak of basically allows you to be a resident of Grece but does not certify Greek citizenship. I do not believe Australia will issue a visa or allow you entry based on the card.
In theory I believe you are a citizen of Albania and need an Albanian passport to get a visa.
However, there do seem some contradictions in what I found in researching this. IT appears that the card is issued when one has at least one Greek grandparent; and that seems to be the qualification needed to become a citizen either by proving decent or by naturalization for someone who is a permanent resident (as I think the card makes you, but this is law and legal issues can be complex.).
So the easy answer is, if you are a citizen of another nation, get their passport and apply for a visa.
