If the government announced that extraterrestrial aliens will be arriving on Earth?
And this all that you hear about it, what will your reaction be? How would you feel about it.

Depends on other actions by government. If they hole up in bunkers, it’s one thing; if they roll out the red carpet, it’s the other.

If all I know is that aliens are on the way, I would probably just go about my life. Besides, what am I going to do either way? If they’re friendly, that’s great. I want to meet them. If they’re not friendly, there isn’t much I can do anyway. I think it would be exciting, though.
Take into mind, there will be a mass disease spread, on both parties.

The government wouldn’t want extra-terrestrial contact with us stupid people, you should know that. They’d only announce that if they knew aliens were coming to make contact and there was nothing they could do about it.

“Arriving” doesnt make them sound furious. So, I believe that the government doesnt intend to mean that they are here to cause trouble. However, it may be advisable to warn them about swine flu doing the rounds here. No one wants the guests to fall sick, moreso when we cant even treat our own people.

Not panic, but I would stock up on necessities and wait and see. I don’t live in a major city so whatever happens to them would be warning for me. I would only get alarmed if communications gets shut off. BIG warning sign.
Well that would be nice. I would try and get the aliens to take my in laws back with them. Oh, wait, are the aliens going back or just coming to stay.
