There’s no evidence that anyone has ever been abducted by aliens or even that aliens have ever reached Earth so at this stage the answer is zero.
Unidentified Flying Object just means that you don’t know what it is, not that it is an alien spacecraft.

Oh, and btw, the ‘u’ part of UFO simply means that the to the viewer of the said object that it is ‘unidentified’, not that it is an alien space craft of some kind.

I read a lot of answers that say UFOs and aliens don’t exist. These are just people who are so ignorant it is beyond belief. The evidence for ET visitation is overwhelming.
