What do you think cost of a head of lettuce is figureing in taxes paid to illegal aliens?
could some math wizard out there figure the cost of educating the beebees of illegal aliens time, county hospital cost and other welfare programs, criminal justice system to house illegals who have committed crimes and give me the cost of a head of lettuce?

Well, if the lettuce is not picked by an illegal alien, you may not be able to afford eating salads more than once a month.
BTW, illegal aliens do not get welfare.

That head of lettuce people are scared the price will go up on if illegals are sent home already costs us a fortune becuase of what we pay in taxes to school the illegals kids healthcare and money sent back to mexico
Menifee Fails to realize this, but if it worries him. Then here is the solution. We fine and company or landloard that knowingly (doesnt confirm documents) hires or rents to an illegal immigrant lets say 10k for each. They would stop hiring and renting to them. The risk would be too high. Since there would be no jobs or apartments then they would go home on their own.
If the farmers cant get enough regular workers to come out for minimum wage to pick the lettuce. we then let the farmer fill his labor force with inmate workers. We take the non-violent offenders and make then go work for the farmers at minimum wage. The farmer would pay the wage to the prision the inmate came from. The prision pays the inmate the rwuired .33 cents an hour it is required to pay the inmate. Thee rest of the money goes to the prision to offset the cost of housing the prisioner.
Doing it this way the farmer gets workers at the lowest LEGAL wage possible so the price of lettuce doesnt need to go up and we are no longer paying for a prisioner to sit on his behind while we pay for it through our tax dollar. An added bonus is the taxpayer burden would be lessened by the inmates wage oddsetting the cost of housing him.
A win win situation and you still get a cheap salad.
That doesnt even factor in the money taxpayers save not paying for illegals kids to use our schools or for illegals using the Emergency room.
Its common sense to not allow people to break the law becuase we want a cheap salad. The reality is that head of lettuce cost us more in the long run with illegals here

Ever notice that these illegals kids are getting schooling. Do you know that billions of tax free money is sent by western union every year by illegals to their family in mexico and othe countries. That is all money that is not staying in the American ecconomy and isnt taxed.
I have to have a building built right now an add on to my 2 1/2 car garage. It will cost me about 10k to have built. If I wanted I could drive to a couple of areas in my town and get some latino illegals who stand around waiting for work bring them to my house and have them build it for about 5k. But I would rather pay the extra 5k and pay someone legally here. Where do you think the 5k I would pay the ilegals would go? Do you think they are setting some aside for taxes?

Please do a little research on the things you claim illegal aliens recieve. Go to these government offices, tell them you’re an illegal alien and see exactly what you’ll get.

The reason we don’t have enough workers is because our Government rewards millions of American woman that get pregnant and have a baby with an apartment, a pay check, and lifetime medical. Why work if all you have to do is walk to your mailbox once a month and pull out a welfare check.
The reason uneducated poor Americans don’t want to pick lettuce can be traced back to Democratic President Lyndon Johnson in the 60′s. His welfare program destroyed the incentive to work. Illegals are the new welfare generation. Many work under the table and collect government assistance at the same time. That head of lettuce…….about $ 25 a head.
