What should a Christian believe about aliens?
I have to do a speech about aliens and the Christian view of them. Do they exist, do they not, what does the Bible say about aliens, etc. Any suggestions?

A Christian can believe what ever they choose to about aliens, Life on other planets is not discussed in the Bible.
Probably the same thing they should believe about dinosaurs
That god hath created them. If they are real, then you will know if you are a real christian
Of course not. Aliens are dumb. However, you shouldn’t mention that there could be life on other planets because religious christians are crazy. Everyone who is very religious is crazy. ATHEISM FTW!
Why don’t you decide what *you* think about them, instead of thinking of what Christians should think. Work off of that.
I don’t believe that particular subject is covered in most Christian education programs. Good luck winging it.
Okay, there are billions of other galaxies out there.
Who’s to say that ours is the only one with life?
There are no “aliens”. There are demons that can pretend to be “alien experiences”, in order to try and deceive people.
that they go zooom zooom zoooom
I would like to believe all aliens will finally be Revealed AFTER we are WITH The Lord God as He will show us many Awesome wonders because there will be no more SIN!!
Christ was alien to us. aliens = foreign. as for extraterrestrials, demons/angels are the life forms treading both physical and metaphysical. there is a case for angels being what we know as aliens.
That they like Mexican food?
That they appear in Hollywood movies! That too with stiff tails!
Stick to the Bible. Google John MacArthur and Vernon McGee and other great scholars on their views. Stick to the Bible.
There a lot of alliens in Revelation.
…The Bible says God created the Heavens and the Earth and all that is in it ! (The Heavens are a vastness of space and its unknown potential…) God decided to not explain to us what was “out there”…so, perhaps there’s a lot more then “we” think !
If aliens exist then God made them too. Whether or not they would have fallen from grace and needed Jesus’ atonement is up for speculation I suppose. Another viewpoint is that “aliens” are actually demons using this tactic to sway people away from a belief in God.
I am not saying either of these is right, it is just viewpoints you could include in your argument.
Christian believe about aliens? anyone with an ounce of sense would know that we are not alone here so just tell yourself that christianity may need to agree to differences of opinion…
Resurruction means the soul do not belong to Earth. That which do not belong to earth is alien. God too included. Through out the secred books these kind of contrapunctuality are implied but unfortunately not understood.
In the beginning God created…
That covers it.
OK, I’m agnostic, but raised catholic and will answer based on my Catholic background.
The Christ lived and died in what we know as the Middle East. This doesn’t mean that people didn’t live in the Americas – another land that people in the Middle East didn’t know existed. Same rule should be able to be applied to other paces that we don’t know exist. They may be there, and if so that doesn’t mean that the Christ’s influence is any more or less influential.
some Christians will even liken aliens to the lost 12th tribe of Israel, but I don’t think that’s the case.
Good Luck with your speech!
It would be stupid to think that the our planet is the only planet in the epic vastness of the universe that can sustain life. There are trillions and trillions of stars in the universe. One of those stars systems is bound to hold life. When people discuss aliens they think about little green men with big black eyes even though life may be as simple as a one celled organism. I don’t know what is said in the bible about life but, there is a very real possibility that there may be life light-years away from our planet.
not like in the movies/tv. the universe is so vast that if we were the only “people” in it it would be an awful waste of space. The book of Job gives us the sense that there are other inhabited worlds out there but the Bible does not specifically say so. Personally i believe that God created other worlds and that this is the only one to have failed His test about the fruit trees. I beleive that they are watching what has happened on this little planet for the last 6 or 7 thousand years and have marveled that Jesus, God’s son loved us enough to die for us.
Christians still believe there are little green men from mars.
