Why did Jan Brewer feel it’s necessary to protect Americans from illegals if all they do is wash cars and mow lawns ?

Americans always need someone or something to fear.
In the 30s it was the Communist
In the 40s it was the Japanese Americans
In the 50s Communist again
In the 60s Civil Rights Movement
Now it’s the brown illegal aliens
There are more crime committed by Americans against Americans. Because there are more Americans than illegal aliens
