A tin foil hat would be a good start, but your psychiatrist can probably prescribe some medication that will make you immune to alien mind control.

Edward might want to get his medication checked too, it is a TROLL, not SPAM, and if you report every troll you see you won’t have time for anything else.
Not that I approve of trolls, but I don’t report them unless they are way over the top offensive, and, other than being a troll, this one is not offensive and is actually somewhat clever, Note that the writer can actually spell and make sentences.

Na trust me in your case thats should hardly be the concern, as such the one’s trying that are gonna learn their lesson what a waste of resources its been cause they ain’t gonna find anything in your coconut…So don,t bother the tin foil helmet or any UV or whatever…

They don’t care about tinfoil (or titanium, or any other metal.) The “extra-terrestrial” aliens running around are a race of immortals who are able to speak to us on another dimension. We can’t get there, but they can get here. Thus, we need help from one who can go there, or at least talk to us with suggestions more reasonable than what they come up with. You see, their whole plan is to talk all the humans into killing each other off. Since they’re immortal, they have time. And when we’re gone, they’ll simply move in.

The tin-foil will stop them in their tracks, I wear mine religiously. Even in the shower. The lights only act as a temporary hurdle that they soon learn to navigate. Wear that hat! Good luck!
