Sedna ane Eris are real objects, but there is no way any ancient people could have known about them, they are far too small and dim, and do not approach the inner solar system at all.

"Planet X" (as a generic term) means any unknown planet. Pluto was "Planet X" for a while, and after Pluto was discovered, there was a search for an additional "Planet X", until they refined the masses of Uranus and Neptune and figured out that there wasn't another large object.

In the late 1990s, "Planet X" was used by Nancy Leider and her followers to indicate the object that was supposed to approach the inner solar system in 2003. There were many different (and sometimes contradictory) claims made by Leider and her followers about the size, composition, and orbit of this object.

"Nibiru" is the name of an object that appears in Sumerian cuneiform records. This object is identified in different ways in different places, so there is no consensus on which planet the Sumerians were referring to. It could be Jupiter, or it could be Mercury, or it could be a star, and not a planet at all. Zacharia Sitchin's misinterpretation of the Sumerian cuneiform records lead him to misidentify Nibiru as a large planet on a highly elliptical 3600 year orbit, due to return in 2085.

The short answer is that we don't really know which object "Nibiru" refers to. What we *do* know is that the Sumerians did *not* identify it as a planet beyond Jupiter.

More details in the link below.

EDIT: Added additional links re Sitchin/Nibiru
