How is the September 11th attack not a conspiracy?
9/11 was a master plan by terrorists. more than 2 people were involved. The terrorists and Al Qeada kept the plan a secret for years then did the plot. “Conspiracy” means agreement between 2 or more people to break the law. So how is it not a conspiracy?

Oh, it’s a conspiracy.
But it’s all about who planned it. Some believe it’s the Government.

A conspiracy would mean that people on the inside of the operation planned to harm it.
The terrorists were not bound by our laws nor were they citizens, nor were they government officials who were “in on it”.
That’s the general definition of conspiracy. The government (supposedly) was not “in on it”.
the Conspiracy theory is that the FBI knew about the attacks and did nothing to stop it.
but there is always someone going to bomb us somewhere so the thought is that only a few are legit. but whitch ones???
Because it was a martyrdom operation designed to create “Dar Al Harb” (world at war) so that the Salafist Jihadists could carry out similar operations to work at establishing “Dar Al Islam”.
