If there were another planet out there, we'd know about it by now. The whole "planet X" thing shouldn't even be around anymore, but it's found new life as a doomsday 2012 scenario. In other words, people are crazy and ignorant. Planet X does not, has not, and never will exist. The reason Neptune's orbit was thought to be a little off was because we originally overestimated its mass a little bit. No crazy ideas necessary to explain it.
