No, no Nephilim survived the Global Deluge of Noah’s day. A few have misinterpreted certain Scriptures to pretend otherwise, but the evidence is rather straightforward.
The context of Genesis 6:4 quite explicitly shows that it refers to Nephilim who were on the earth when God told Noah to build the ark, and also the Nephilim “after that” during the additional decades until the Deluge came.
.. ..(Genesis 6:3-4) Jehovah said: “My spirit shall not act toward man indefinitely in that he is also flesh. Accordingly his days [between now and the Deluge] shall amount to a hundred and twenty years.” The Nephilim proved to be in the earth in those days, and also after that
The questioner and readers will note that Numbers 13:33 does not contain a point of fact, but a mere quote from hyperbolic exaggerators. The propaganda of the speakers there quite obviously employed metaphor, as they had just unqualifiedly mentioned that the land was “flowing with milk and honey”.
