The context of Genesis 6:4 quite explicitly shows that it refers to Nephilim who were on the earth when God told Noah to build the ark, and also the Nephilim "after that" during the additional decades until the Deluge came. .. ..(Genesis 6:3-4) Jehovah said: “My spirit shall not act toward man indefinitely in that he is also flesh.
