What is the ratio gx : ge of gravitational acceleration at the surface of planet X to the gravitational acceleration at the surface of planet X to the gravitational acceleration at the surface of the Earth?

=(8/49)(G(me)/(re)^2

both formulae come from Newton’s theory of gravity.
So the ratio of gx:ge is 8/49, which is about 0.163.
