Do you actually believe that the world Is going to end May 21st?
I actually got a booklet today saying that the world ends May 21st, 2011 or October 21st, 2011. some elderly guy was handing these booklets out to almost everyone downtown. why are people like this? do you believe the world Is going to end on either of these days?

Of course I don’t believe it because there are signs for the the end of the world (Judgment Day). There are small signs that had been already seen, and big signs that we’re waiting for.
The Bible gives no dates. These are false prophets. We can know when it is close by the signs of the times. See Matthew chapter 24.
When the world doesn’t end on both those days the religious fanatics are going to choose a new day.

next time you see this person, or anyone from that group, ask them if they want a DONATION to their organization ? Of course, they will say YES. Then ask them, if the world will end in just a short time, WHAT WILL THEY DO WITH THE MONEY ?

Odds are even for that day as it is for any other day. At Matthew 24:36, after telling us the signs we could identify when the end of Satan’s system was near, Jesus told us no one knew the exact date–not even Jesus himself. So why would God inform an old guy off the street? Las Vegas bet?
