Stop all the greed and corruption that plaques evey Government around the world.
The only way to save the planet is to adopt China’s One Child policy, provide birth control and education to all women, end the practice of factory farm cultivation and introduce a vegan diet to the entire world. If this were to happen it is likely that the military industrial complex would cease to function. Without population growth there’s no need for accumulation of more and more natural resources. An Earth with about half the people on it might stand a chance of becoming self sustaining.
if the people and companies that make these green products would do it so that they sell for less than the other products then more people would use them. and more people would recycle materials like paper and plastic if they bought it from you by the pound or hundred pound weight like they do metals. if you want me to buy these sustainable devolopment products make them promote my sustainable budget with out a tax deduction. put your stuff out there and let it sell itself free market style. then maybe you can start to talk about it improving the economy.
Yahoo answers is not the place for infomercials. “Sustainable development” sounds good but in reality it will be (is) corrupted into meaninglessness by corporate interests which just want the cheap labor and resources of “less developed” Nations. We should mind our own business.
