Do you really believe that stupid 2012 end of world countdown?
Is there any scientific evidence that the world will blow itself up, and the year being reset to zero?
Some say the Mayans simply cited the beginning of a new era.
Answer by Angela
Unfortunately, there is no such evidence

There is no evidence.
People, however, have many theories and many beliefs. It’s good to keep an open-mind.
Personally, I don’t really believe that the world will end on 2012, but we must all be respectful to those who do believe something will happen on that day.
You never know until it happens.
No, I don’t believe in it either.
Personally, what with all these stupid ‘end of the world’ dramatics that are popping up, I’m beginning to think that they’re just excuses for people to go out and do stupid things that way they have the excuse of, “I thought the world was going to end!!”
I do try to keep an opened mind, but that is just plain crock. One, the Mayans just ran out of space on the calender. Two…if anything, it’s probably just the beginning of a new era like you said. I don’t really care…if the world ends, as long as I die peacefully or in my sleep then I’m OK with the idea of dying that way.

There WILL be a solar flare towards the end of 2012, this is well known. There is a possibility, with the state of our ozone layer, that it could either rip through the ozone layer, or heat the earths core to a temperature causing the tectonic plates to shift and all the volcanoes in the world to erupt. Of course scientists will downplay this, as they wouldnt want us to panic. Personally, I dont care. If it happens, theres nothin I can do about it.
Yes there is real evidence and anyone that says there is not is either ignorant or a liar!
Nostradamus, Sir Isac Newton, The Mayans, The Hopi Indians and others have foretold that what is going to happen will change the world as we know it.
At least watch the first video I found and listed below.
