You can't...there is only $ 50 trillion dollars in the world and if you split it up nobody would have enough...so like I said there is no other way than to kill them or make sure they don't reproduce...there are too many people in the world...sometimes you have to accept that there is no good asnwer...:( Kill all the poor people…there is no other way.
