2012 Mayan prophecy?
Can anyone here recommend me a video on the 2012 Mayan prophecy? All of the videos I have found so far are long (4 to 7 parts!) and most of them approach it from a doomsday perspective or promote a film or a book.
However, I need one that focuses on the beginning of the new era, the awakening to our multi-dimensional existance and the transformation of consciousness.

You don’t need a video! Make it up yourself. That’s what they did. Their bogus predictions are no better than yours. Trust me.

Fred, Dec 28, now? Okay, I checked. The planets are no more on the same plane that day than they are on the 29th or the 27th or even the 21st. Seems like somebody is coming up with some new bogus claim at least once a day around here, now.
RB, don’t go bad-mouthing PBS. It is the only television station which has consistently reliable information. I don’t know for a fact, but I’ll bet they never gave any kind of audience to these 2012 doomsayers. Now the Discovery or History channels are a completely different thing. They will air any garbage that comes down the line, no matter how ridiculous or even fraudulent.

I would just like to see a text or picture of the original so-called “prophecy”, with translation. From what I been able to find out, it reads something like “… this calendar runs out in 2012. To get a new calendar, visit Sam’s authentic Mayan pizza parlor!”. (Some authorities translate this as “… authorized Mayan party store”.)
what day is it? december 28 2012? it’s strange because apparently that’s when all the planets are on the same orbital plane.
I can’t help you there. But they believe something “big” will happen then, like the end of the world. I believe PBS ran something on it some years ago, so maybe they have a video available (Public Broadcasting Service…in US). I have heard a couple of TV evangelists say something about it. If I can find the shows, I will send you a link.
I was really intrigued by this notion last year. Imagine what if the world WILL come to an end, or at least something close to catastrophe, on December 21st 2012.
