what prophecy states that life as we know it will change in 2012?
I have heard that life will change, according to a prophet but i don’t know;
who the prophet is, what supernatural/divine power the prophesy derives from or what it states.

It is the Mayan calendar that ends in 2012. That is where people get that from. I think the Mayans just got tired of writing the calendar, and decided if they can’t figure out how to continue it the forget them.

She basically sums it up for me, haha.
edit:
P.S. did no one actually watch the video? xD If you’d just watch the whole thing, she actually does explain it
edit:
*sigh* start at 1:32 in the video, folks.
No. The Mayans believed we would enter the *Golden Era* then. Their calendar (one of them) ends in December of that year.
Now, any other *prophecy* does not actually have *specific* dates, just interpretations by humans. Mayans were specific (they believed we’d enter Spiritual Awareness. A new way)
It’s just a silly hoax, not a prophecy. There’s no real reason to believe such a thing.
Nada…the bible don;t say it…but the bible does say this is the last generation…check yah bible and see…idk whent his generation is ending…could be in a few minutes…could be tomorrow…could be next yr…….could be 89 years from now….God’s timing aint our timing
The only prophesies about 2012 are made by drug-addled new-age authors, conspiracy nuts and assorted frauds. When all of the predicted physical events such as Planet X, pole shifts and all the rest of it fail to take place, more and more of them will fall back on the ‘life as we know it will change’ or there will be a ‘change in consciousness’ claims.
In reality, nothing will change and everything will carry on as before.
