What are people thoughts on the Mayan Calendar?
We all know that The Mayan Calender stops on Dec. 21, 2012, of course the main question is, will the world end? Most of population does not believe this, so if it’s just a hoax why do you think The Mayan’s ended the calender? And does anyone even know if the Mayan’s even said the world would end? I’m just confused to why people started a hoax about it being the end and why people believe it

Even Mayans do not believe it. It is one person’s interpretation of it. Mayan’s believe it is the end of one cycle and the start of another.
I too would not put much credence into an ancient civilisations thoughts on the future.

Why should we believe the prediction of the worlds end from a civilization who did not predict it’s own ruin?
