Two more pieces, if passed will give him nearly full control without legal recourse. Cap and trade and the financial reform packages are the last two pieces left to complete his agenda. Once passed, he can use his czars to run roughshod over the full spectrum of our society and the economy. If all bills are passed, who is elected to Congress will have little effect on his actions because Congressional oversight will be fully compromised. Who is to say if given that much control, that he will not declare martial law and suspend voting? If that becomes a possibility, we may not have to worry about who will run in 2012.
