		<description>The Calender only &quot;ends&quot; in that it rolls over, just as a Gregorian calender does at the end of December 31st.  The next day is the start of the next calender, the same is true with the Mayan system.  If the Mayan culture hadn&#039;t been destroyed the new calenders would probably be on sale by now.</description>
