They'd just be poor and the world would keep on being hungry and starving. Unfortunately, you can't solve those kinds of issues by throwing money at it. If it were that easy they would've been solved by now. America sends billions of dollars of aid to various countries around the world, either by government funding or private donations. And that's just one country, can you imagine when pooled together with others? And yet all that hunger and poverty remains. The issues are huge, gaping, black holes that suck up money as fast as you can toss it in. =( Because it wouldn’t solve it and they know it. They’d just be poor and the world would keep on being hungry and starving. Unfortunately, you can’t solve those kinds of issues by throwing money at it.
