Professional Astronomers: Have you observed a large object (Plant X or Nibiru) approaching Earth?
The mythology or theory is irrelevant to the question. Has any professional astronomer actually observed it in the sky? If this object would arrive in 2012, when would it first become visible?

Nope. And neither has any other astronomer, because there are many ways to alert people that you’ve found these things, and no one has. It doesn’t exist. If it were going to be here in 2012, everyone would be able to see it.

It is scheduled to be become visible to the naked eye July of 2009…I personally beleive that it would be visible in weak telescopes already if we are that close to it. I have been stargazing and have found nothing like what you are saying.
Please note: no political documentary can be found on such a thing. So you will just have to take my word.
If it existed, it should have been visible already. By this point the object should be inside the orbit of Saturn, and it would be apparent to anyone with a halfway-decent telescope or good pair of binoculars.
It is also apparent that Nibiru / Planet X cannot exist. It would have already revealed itself in the perturbations of the inner planets. Professional astronomers have been looking for the cause of the “Kupier Cliff”, and have been trying to find evidence of a mars-sized or better object out beyond Pluto. It now appears that such an object would already be detected, if it existed.

No astronomer of my acquaintance has observed either Planet X/Nibiru or a unicorn, and that includes me. If it were real, it would by now be clearly visible to the naked eye, and indeed would have been for several years. Now you have the same answer from at least two professional astronomers, as well as other informed people (plus an idiot). Choose who you want to believe.
