Ever see something in the sky you didn’t recognize? That is what a UFO is.
I once saw a cigar shaped something in the sky- no wings… Later it changed direction and its wings became visible – it was a pane. Had I not watched it for a while I could have said I saw a UFO.
Have I ever seen something that I never later recognized – sure. A UFO – BUT just a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object).
Yes, there are UFO sightings everywhere.
By the way – all over the world there are more than 50,000 airplanes in the air at any one time.

Assist what?
All over the world…there are UFO sightings. However…way too often…these “witnesses” to these UFOs…think they are seeing flying saucers…or extra terrestrials…which seem to translate to paranoia or hysteria.
The only true definition of a UFO is…simply..an object that you can’t identify.
There is no way that I can see where that automatically translates to an alien…..it makes no sense.
Wonder why only creeps and weirdos see UFOs?
Since 99.9% of the population never bothers looking up, sure, they get confused when they do look up, and that’s how we get UFO sightings. But no, they aren’t aliens. They’re just things that people can’t identify because they don’t know the difference between a star, a planet, a meteor, a comet, a plane, a helicopter, a iridium flare, and a bird. Yes, really, a bird.
It’s generally a fair statement that UFOs have been sighted “everywhere” . That doesn’t mean they are intelligently piloted craft from extraterrestrial origins however.
In the second part of your question you ask if “…UFO assist”?
I don’t think they ‘assist’ us – but if you meant ‘exist’ – the answer is YES. Unidentified Flying Objects exist – but again, this is not proof that they are extraterrestrial.

As you see above UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object, so anything in the sky that you cannot tell what it is, it is a UFO by definition. If you mean Flying Saucer then no. Even though there may be life forms may exist in the universe, space is just to big a place to travel. The nearest star to Earth is about 3.4 Light Years I believe. It would take Millions of years to get there.
I read something in a book. “You could make a colony on a Space Ship that recycles Oxygen, Water, and Energy. And in another area you could have a farm, so in theory you could do this, but you need to remember ALL sentient alien species will have emotions like us humans. Even though the adults might, they don’t know if their children or their children or so on and so forth. They might want to go home, but if they turned the spaceship around. They don’t know if their planet is still their or their species. A comet might’ve hit or global warming or a pandemic or etc… It just wouldn’t be a good idea!”
