Last night whilst in the kitchen rummaging through the fridge for beer, my Cat jumped up clawing the back door (This is what led me to spotting the object) I pulled out a beer closing the fridge and headed over to the door to let my Cat in.

Once I opened the door I spotted the bizarre object; the duration lasted for about five seconds as soon as I stepped outside the doorway to get out of the light then just disappeared – literally. I cannot describe it further, apart from the light – which was a fairly illuminating white, and the movement which was fairly swift.

The object itself was hovering about 164 feet above the tree line directly adjacent from my back door approx 40 meters away. It moved away as if it was trying to hide from the light that shone out when I opened the back door – the movement was fairly swift and smooth, it hovered away until it vanished in thin air – or what appeared to have been vanishing, could have just been the light turning off in order to avoid detection…

This floating object was trying to avoid me or the light as soon as I opened the door and stepped out. What is annoying is that as usual, in many cases like this, there is little to go by, I did not film it as it did not stay around long enough – plus I was not expecting anything like it.

A plane later flew over my house which made things even more annoying as I started to doubt myself in what I just saw, but It was no plane, it was too low down, too quiet, and just disappeared, I watched the plane fly away in the distance, the only thing that was similar was the light, but this thing was like a sphere, not two separate lights!

What strikes me the most is the behavior of this object; it immediately evaded, retreated away – this I saw with my own eyes for about 5 seconds until it disappeared, it could have been hovering over there whilst I was inside, If my Cat hadn’t have clawed the door to get in, I would never have seen this.

I know this was no ordinary vehicle such as a plane, even though a plane flew by, it is as if as though it is staged to make me doubt myself but I *know* I saw something out of the ordinary.

There are no bugs or anything that glow like that up here, plus it was no illusion – it was so clear, the sky was a dark blue, not black, hardly any clouds, none in that area, so it was not that dark.

The only real thing I have of this sighting is the behavior of the object, which I will keep thinking about; I actually said out loud whilst it disappeared “I saw you asshole” so you can believe how powerful the effect its behavior had on me.

I waited around once the plane passed, but it did not appear again, this is very annoying, I cannot quite believe it myself let alone anybody else believing, but I saw it with my own eyes as they say, this floating light, and we both made contact; I know it desperately avoided me or the light as soon as I stepped out, that will stay with me forever now!

I will keep an eye on the skies now, and be ready just in case it appears again so I can get evidence.
