   Well..the idiot that called on an emergency number for the moon is a total moron.
   One day..that same idiot..or others like him who make frivolous calls on emergency numbers..will need emergency responders themselves….but….they won’t be able to get anyone…because the line is too busy with other idiots playing games.

   I think your question make a good answer to another question I have seen lately on Answers. That question asks why all, or almost all, UFO sightings are in the USA. The answer is that they are not. They happen all over the world.
