Looks like a clip from some fictional movie.
Hard to say, looks real. If not, good acting.
Clip from “The Fourth Kind”, fake. I had high hopes that this would be what they were selling it as, proof of ETs. Instead it was “Blair Witch”-ish. None of the “facts” checked out. It did have some cool scenes but the movie wasn’t all that good, not recommended.
It looks like its from a movie, as other have pointed out. The static interference is an artificial effect put in after the filming, which leads me to the conclusion that its not authentic footage of a police officer reporting a UFO.
The fact that almost every other video that this youtube user (hollywoodstreams) has posted is a movie trailer, the video is probably also a trailer for a film, or a short indy film and not intended to be taken as true footage.

Jup thats a clip from the “4th Kind”, So supposedly it was all fake….oh well. So yea clip is fake
