Why don’t you READ the description? I can point you to dozens of different websites (both government and contractor) that both admit to and discuss this program. One such contractor is “Weather Modification Inc.” or if you prefer national newspaper & news channel reports where the program has been admitted, we can do that too. At least have the sense to know what’s been going on in terms of “disclosure” over the past couple years before you ignorantly spout off “water vapor.”
What you are all in a tizzy about is water vapor. That’s all it is. Just plain ol water vapor, just like what comes out of your kitchen kettle. Nothing else. All internal combustion engines create water vapor. It condenses into CONTRAILS if the atmospheric conditions are consistent with condensation.
