Believersunderground claims the video says “radioactive” but it doesn’t. I paused it and enlarged it and it says “radiative” which is totally different. The report which I downloaded to read more thoroughly seems to be concerned with aerosols caused by normal human activity, not chemtrail spraying.
I know about actual spraying and have photographed it myself. But since this video was not properly evaluated by ‘believersunderground’ it is useless for educating nonbelievers as I hope to do.

This doesn’t appear to be a report about releasing new chemicals into the atmosphere at all Bug. It looks like a study as to how to measure/control any existing particles. There’s no mention or barium or strontium.

you people are retarded. the duration of contrails has to do with atmospheric conditions i.e. relative humidity in the mid to upper atmosphere, not whether or not they have certain chemicals in them. read a book
