@suemaddison Believe it or not, but there are a lot of things found by scholars and such that give a lot of credit to the bible. Unfortunately many of the scholars are very anti anything that has anything to do with god, unless they can make it seem as if there is no god. Certain things just aren’t shown. Its quite sad really, who knows what was found, and I can only imagine would could be found in certain parts of the middle east if it wasn’t so damn crazy.

@brianjacobi I agree my freind, Im no scholar or conspiracy theorist but I am a firm advocate of logic and reasoning (however far fetched it may seem) and there really is just an overwhelming amount of information (facts mostly) regarding ancient races and ancient technology which renders nearly everything detailed in the classroom curriculum about history and such irrelevant. Man is much older than is believed or taught, there have been many advanced civilisations on this planet before us, equally or more advanced, most of the earler knowledge has been lost or destroyed, any thing that does surface is supressed for unknown reasons. @forlatagate I would only ask for an official study showing where this is proven. I argue that soot was indeed found in the underground tombs of the Temple of Hathor. Why do these carvings appear only in the Temple of Hathor? It seems like the upper classes all across the kingdom would have wanted electric lights. They’ve never excavated any ancient glass bulbs, insulated cords, or batteries; not in Egypt anyway. The only potential batteries were in Iraq after all.
@forlatagate The Egyptian empire had a labor force of millions of slaves. Their work force was definitely massive enough to build their monuments and mine away mountains without alien intervention. Does this “Ancient Aliens” show appear on the History Channel by chance? Because they’ll air whatever gets them the most viewers, and they constantly receive complaints about misinformation in their programs.
@forlatagate When did I mention “other fragments”? The Rosetta Stone was partially broken when it was found, but as far as I’ve ever heard, it’s the only piece of that artifact.

@forlatagate I trust that you’ve looked at carvings; there are six in all. In them, there are two-armed djed pillars which they claim represent the two metal rods inside of a light bulb. They used this interpretation when making the replica, however, in only one of the six images does a single arm of the djed actually enter the “bulb” shape. In the other five, not a single one does.
It’s important because they based their model off of this, but a light bulb only works with at least two rods.

I said one passage, translated three times, into three different writing systems; Greek and two versions of hieroglyphs, and I mentioned that it was because of the Rosetta Stone that linguists and egyptologists were able to translate hieroglyphic symbols.
@forlatagate Not necessarily. There are numerous snags and hitches in the theory of the ancient Egyptians using electricity. Like I said before, in the tombs of the Temple of Hathor where the carving was found, there was still evidence of soot from torches, candles, and oil lamps. If they had mastered light bulbs, it seems like they’d be eager to stop having to buy expensive oil to light the temple, and just rely on their electricity. That’s just one reason.
