While he may not be a "true Muslim" he will use Islamic eschatology to deceive he world into pledging their allegiance to him. He will eventuall claim God and demand worship.(Christian and Islamic objection notwithstanding)He will then, in the name of Islam, launch the most evil reign or terror the world has ever seen. The wickedness and atrocities are so bad the Jesus Christ the Jewish-Christian Messiah and deliverer of Israel will return to stop the madness.
