Within Chemtrails are spread many heavy metal toxins such as silver iodide, Benzine(carcinogen) and other electrically conducive materials that create a medium, if you will, within the ether! I would imagine this would be alot like running bath water(i.e spreading the chemtrail) and then throwing the plugged in electrical device into the electrically conducive medium(bath water)! It would increase the electrical energy, which increases vibrational frequency and heat!!

@SuperEarther: I don’t like messing with nature, either. In fact, that’s one of the reasons we’re seeing more and more non-natural climate change; It’s already happened in Central Asia{Aral Sea} and parts of India, China, and the Americas{mainly thru rainforest depletion in South America.}
@MiracleMile90 but it has been proven these chemtrails create new cloud cover and that in itself can be connected with extra rain/snow……The device itself uses the ionosphere to create these elements. I really dont think people should be messing with nature. Its balance is there for a reason.
