looks like a still photo then put in After Effects using light ray effec and another. Then null the cam to object to get a shakey effect. Looks FAKE

Hi ThirdPhase – I don’t believe it’s Ball Lightning. I’m not a ‘pro’ on ball lightning but I have seen it a number of times, living in Ok. for several years. This thing seems too much under control. Just my 2 cents.
i seen a ufo in hawaii like this but orange while driving by the freeway east. it came out of pearl harbor then went up and down and then shott up really fast! hawaii is fucked.
Night vision cameras with the proper filters and a plane flying by the sky can do the trick at day light
i live in oahu and i seen a ufo like this but orange glow, driving east on the free way.it came out by pearl harbor the went up slow then down then dissappering. then i reappered went up down kinda fast the shoot up into the clouds fast! hawaii is fucked!!!!

“Ball of lightning” my ass. I don’t know what it is- but the lightning I know of only lasts about a second and makes a loud crack.
It also appears to be moving slowly, and horizontal. My two best guesses would be a craft- man made or other…… or some kind of videoshopped hoax.
It sure did look real to me though.

NOT WEATHER ITS either u.s. craft called AURORA that can make light like that to camouflage into backround also check out the philidelphia experiment and inventor nicola tesla could do moving ball of lightning with haarp type tesla coil.
